"I was one of the first to bring the prime quality of Kobe Wagyu Beef alive here in Spain and there is still a long way to go, but every day, both in the butcher shop as well as in our restaurant. I try to convince my guests about the quality, origin and the value of prime meat that makes the difference", Roberto says.

And it is exactly this aspiration that motivates and drives me day by day.
